St. Luke Health Services



Located, in the City of Oswego, overlooking the scenic Oswego River, St. Luke Health Services is a non-denominational, not-for-profit provider of healthcare services. To meet the evolving healthcare needs of our community, the St. Luke Family of Caring is dedicated to helping the people we serve live to their maximum potential and promote dignity of life throughout all of its stages.

St. Luke is the largest provider of residential skilled nursing and physical/occupational rehabilitation services in Oswego County, serving 200 residents daily. The St. Luke Adult Day Health Care program is a medical-model adult day care program providing daily health monitoring and activities program designed to promote independence and delay institutionalization of a disabled adult who may require on-going rehabilitation and medical services in an atmosphere that is friendly, safe and supportive.

The St. Luke Family of Caring is an affiliation of community-based, not-for-profit healthcare providers serving the greater-Oswego County area. Affiliates include St. Luke Health Services, Bishop’s Commons Enriched Living Residence in Oswego, and Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton. Together we provide care and services to over 350 people, and together we employ over 470 in our community.
